From HEM Genetics, Spring Trials 2016: A new series of vinca, the compact and well branched plant habit of Solar Avalanche™ results in a perfect coverage of pots, containers and flower beds. Its trailing habit and large flowers with overlapping petals make Solar Avalanche™ ideal for hanging baskets or other trailing or ground cover applications. Its also ideal for pack and pot production and can be utilized as the cascading component in mixed containers. Where other series may fail, Solar Avalanche™ does very well in extremely hot and humid conditions. New 'Apricot', 'Burgundy', 'Pink', 'Rose', 'Red', 'Violet', 'White' and 'Full Mixture'.
